Welcome to 2NIGHT. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and able to enter into a binding agreement to use 2NIGHT. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Be real and be respectful. You agree not to harass, impersonate, spam, or post unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put others at risk.
Meeting people
2NIGHT helps you discover people and make plans, but we do not conduct background checks. You are solely responsible for your interactions. Meet in public, tell a friend your plans, and use good judgment when meeting anyone in person.
Memberships and payments
2NIGHT offers Silver (free), Gold, and Platinum Black tiers. Paid memberships are billed through your app store and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Content
You retain rights to the content you create. By posting, you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you share.
Disclaimers
2NIGHT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or your interactions with other members.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
